    This 60 minute session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized action plan to fit your unique needs and goals as a mother. This could be addressing strategies to create balanced nourishing meals, manage stress or prioritize sleep through an integrative approach.

    This 60 minute session is for women who have concerns regarding their menstrual cycle, perimenopaus, menopause, postpartum or struggle with stress and anxiety. You will leave with a full set of notes, natural recommendations, blood sugar balancing coaching, meal suggestions and an action plan to begin addressing your health goals.

    During this 60 minute session we will work to identify and overcome your triggers that are causing unwanted symptoms. This would be a suitable session for someone looking to support their gut health. You will leave with a full set of notes, recommendations and an action plan to begin addressing your health goals.

  • Accountability: Bi-weekly email check-ins to monitor progress, ask questions and stay on track. These Google document reflections are personalized to your goals and can change month to month to help you through your current health focus.
